For one, Nascar SimRacing isn't half of what was promised.

I remember back in the day, seeing that big EA striped flashing logo on
my Commodore 64 (and then Amiga 500) as a game loaded up, and getting
all e***d because I knew I was in for a good fun inventive game.
These days it is all hate for the Electronic Artists. Hate that is
almost certainly deserved. But I still have a soft spot in my heart for
them.

simracing catalogue since the last decade I could bet on that.

Didnt even try this sim. Was it even remotely close to feeling like one or
did it have that "too arcady" feel?

I actually _want_ to like the EA Nascar Sim now, but it's just not there for
me.
It's better in it's own ways, but the downsides are just too huge.
