Setup question

Well the easiest way I tell is to look at the steering wheel.  If I just barely
turn turn it at a reasonable speed entering a turn and it starts squaling I
know I need to adj my steering lock.  If I have to turn it a considerable
amount at a reasonable speed and it wants to go straight then I'm going to fast
or I need to make adjustments.  This is what works for me, but I'm sure many
people have a more scientific answer... ;)

I haven't tried F1Rs yet, but in ICR" & Nascar2, I can cheat and look at
the tire temps. Also you have the "squeal" to give you an idea. In GP2 I
find out when I'm beached on a kerb:)

BTW, seems to me that the sims don't model steering too precisely; In
all I've driven so far, you can really "Pac-manhandle" the wheel doing
180. And the car just darts around a bit. In real life, I don't think
so...

Best,
Matt
