Try the new TOCA Editor that has been released, I am sure people will
be painting cars for the STW Series, as well as the Australian and
British Championships

As far as I know, there isnt a circuit editor, and I doubt there will
be one. I'm just hoping the guys at Codemasters remember to code
Bathurst into TOCA 2!
