Go back to D3D or make a major CPU,M.Board, RAM and Vid Card upgrade and run
with Anti Aliasing.

thanks joe, i did switch back to d3d but things were still messed up a
bit.it seems maybe u missed my point, everything was working fine before
switching to opengl. Perhaps I can just get a new vid card? Any
recommendations, I'm hearing that ati makes a card as good as or better than
g4 is this true? Does anyone have first hand info on this?

ATI is coming out with their new 9800pro. Should be the fastest graphics
card on the planet for the next 6 months (till ATI puts out their next one).
It's gonna be $400 though. If price is an issue then go with the 9500pro,
only $180. The 9500pro is as fast as the ti4600 and if you use FSAA and
Aniso then it blows the ti4600 away.

Amen! 9500 Pro is what I have and NR2003 is excellent with 6XAA. I love it!
