Anyone seen "Screamer"?

Hi

Just read a review in a British games magazine of a racing game which
looks very similar to "Need for Speed". I was just wondering if
anyone has seen a copy of it as I was just about to go out and put
down some cash for NFS and up pops another driving game! The review
seems pretty favourable as well!
