Hi guys,

Many of you have become personal online friends with me.

Therefore, I wanted to say that my 85 year old mother passed away Monday
night in the finest nursing home in Wichita Falls Texas.

She knew that I was a computer racing nut but she couldn't believe it
worked on the internet. FWIW, she died with my 23 year old son at her
side.

She is preceded in death by her son Terry Deatherage, who was a well known
Late Model racer in the 1980's and late 1970's He's featured on my website.

You are my online friends so I had to vent this info to you.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you. From the brief description it
sounds like she built a fine family. Take pride in her life.

Recently my mother nearly died and I know that even that experience was
enough for me. So my condolences and prayers for both her and you.

Having lost both my parents, my mother most recently, I more than understand the need to share it with friends. Be glad you had her
as long as you did.

Wow

I am amazed at the many condolences that you have posted as my Sim racing
friends here on RAS.

I haven't raced much online since TEN died but I have enjoyed reading and
posting on RAS and the other related newsgroups.
