Looked on the web, but can't find the release date for SBK 2002. Does anyone
know?

The SBK Series has been discontinued by EA last year. There will be no SBK 2002.

2002.

SBK 2001 is one of the few games that gives me the feeling it couldn't get
any better. But that's just my perception, I'm very happy with it. Earlier,
I put out a request for SBK2001 sites (to see if there were any other
sounds, bikes, stuff like that available), but that was more out of
curiosity than discontent.

  Very little racing community around form SBK 2001.  The MAJOR downfall is
the poor poor multiplayer.  There were some guys running a GP500 league but
I don't know about it's multi capability either.

To tell you the absolute truth, I'm not running it at all right now (untill
I get my new system together). But I had it running in Win98. On my new rig,
I'm probably going for a dual boot system: Win98 (games) and Win XP Pro
(everything else). If Win XP will turn out to be just as good for games as
Win98, I'm loosing 98 eventually.
