Out of these 2 choices, which would probably be the best wheel:
Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback or the
Logitech Wingman Formula Force (red)
These are currently the best ones I can find in my area, i'd prefer not to
buy online, and all the other wheels just seem to look too much like "toys"
rather than a quality wheel for racing NR2002 and stuff like that..

He's talking about the 'new' cheap model, which is quite terrible IMHO. I
went through two of them in 3 weeks, and both I and the Best Buy store gave
up. I gave the third one back and went with another MSFFW instead.
My MSFFW is over 2 years old, and has never given a hint of trouble. And
it's been beat to hell.
Now, if only they would update that damned SideWinder software instead of
just giving it a phony WHQL certification...

But havent you heard of the MOMO wheel ?
