DTR 2 loading

Right now I'm trying to load up DTR 2 and I get an error message:  

Error reading file C:\b\code\dtr2ratbag\FilePacker\pack_int.c into
memory

Anyone have a clue as to what it's trying to tell me?  For the record,
I have DTR2 on my D drive...
