I've been a console gamer for ages and am now just getting into the
headaches involved with maintaining a *** PC. I've got a few
racing games already, but I'm looking for Grand Prix Legends and Colin
McRae 2.0 on the PC. I've looked on ebay and GPL just doesn't seem to
show up there anymore. Any sources for cheap (<$20) originals of
either?

GPL is getting harder and harder to find. CMR2 is still in lots of stores
(EB for example) and has not been drastically marked down yet.

I found CMR2 (Import version) at InteractCD: www.interactcd.com (I've bought
from them, they are very good) for $30 US. Also listed (but out of stock) on
Amazon.com.

I still have three extra copies of GPL on hand - original release, complete
with printed manuals. $14 shipped in the US. I could even throw in CMR2
for another $10, since it really doesn't like my controller setup.

Noticed CMR 2.0 at Electronics Boutique a couple weeks ago in the "used" section for $12 or $13, but the Wife was with me. 8-)

I was just in EB yesterday and they had a load of CM2.0 on the bargain
spindle and they are marked way down - something like $12.99 CAD, if I
remember correctly.
