Was wondering about that myself. Ran a few short races at 'dega and
C***te, at 97% and was running way ahead after I got used to the new, er,
old cars. So started a champ season, bumped it to 100%. In practice at
Richmond, was still running in the top 3, then qualifying starts, and I
notice real quick that my 95 mph is not gonna get the pole :-)
Figure they have a bit of a bug in the track file for this one.
