I just ran a 40 lap race at Michigan on-line today and found after 20 laps, my
car started to push bad coming out of turn 4 and my RF tire was getting worn
out bad.  Any suggestions to improve the handling on longer runs and keep the
RF tire from wearing down so much?

Soften the RF shock or slow down in the corners until you don't hear tire squeal

Braking into the corners helps. You will be slower in the first few
laps, but at the end of the fuel run, you should be pretty fast. I can
run 40 laps and my RF is still in "green" zone. Also, a good trick to
carry speed through turn 1 is to setup your approach correctly. Enter
the turn high. I usually back off half the throttle, setup the right
angle then brake into the corner. You can carry a lot of speed into that
corner without wearing out your RF tire.
