They told me they upgraded something on their server to resolve the
problem. I tried it Wednesday night and it worked. If you have
not tried it since Wed night try it again. Send mail to the address
I mentioned if you still have a problem to let them know. Also,
try dialing out at 9600. Good luck.

Tried it several times last night (Thursday), still no go.

Been there, done that.
