warping: me or them?

Since you all know I'm an online racing newbie, I have a question about
warping.  If I see a one car warping around in front of me, but another one
is fine, that's the warping guys connection flaking out right?

But how 'bout if I'm chuggin right along, and all cars disappear around me
and blink and then re-appear?  That's my problem right?

Good way to find out if its your problem is to check out the hosts car. If
he's warping then its your connect thats the problem. Generally though, if
everybody is jumping around then your connect has a problem or the host is
overloaded. If its just a couple then they should check out their connect.

With N3, it becomes maybe on both counts.
