I don't know how but I'd be glad to if someone could teach me, I use Outlook
Express.

You should just be able to highlight the message, that you authored, in the
newsreader portion of OE and click on Message and Cancel Message should be
an option (under Forward Message). This option 'should' be grayed out and
not available if you did not author the message, and should appear as a
regular option if you did.
