Can't say about US release date but The PC game is far superior in graphics (if you've got a decent graphics card), fps (if you've got a decent box), internet play and saveability. This seems about normal for PSX v PC, Paul

dunno about pc vs. playstation, but the PC version is available in the US from http://www.interactcd.com for around $40.
