OK, I guess :-)

I'm getting a new system in here in the UK soon. For about 1200
($2000?) I'm getting a PII-450 /w 128mb PC100 RAM, 6.4Gb hard drive,
16mb Voodoo Banshee + 12mb Voodoo II, 17" monitor, 56k modem, Win98 etc
etc.

Cheers!

A bit high IMO.......I built my P2-400 for much less, with more. 128mb of
7ns(REAL) PC-100 ram, PCI 128 sound card with Cambridge Surround System,
Asus P2B mb, Iomega zip drive, 40X Asus cdrom, better 17in. monitor(23dpi),
STB V4400, for about 500 bucks less. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to
build your own system, just a little patience. I can beat that price on a
pre-assembled system from local builders on P2-350 systems. It is about
right for a pre-assembled P2-400 with 128mb ram.
