Hi,
One thing I noticed though when I hit the wall
the other day. Even after I got going right again
on the track my car was still slowing down. I had
to shift to 3rd to start accelerating again! Guess I'll
have to stop hitting walls!

I think it depends how hard and long you make contact with the wall. I
ran a bunch of laps at Pocono and kissed the wall several times with no
slowdown...but If you stay ON the wall, expect it to drag you down.

Sounds like the old 'wall suck' issue in ICR2... People actually *complained*
about that. Strange how things change...<g>

Yeah, I think what they are doing is measuring the time you spend on the
wall, and if it exceeds a certain period of time, they are cutting back your
power for like 5 seconds.

Good idea, but I think they took it just a bit too far and need to extend
the period just a bit.

Some walls are like flypaper and it takes you a while to "un-stick" yourself
from them.

have never found riding the wall to be advantageous in N4 as it is. 'Course I
stink in the first place....
