Problem connecting to NG

I have been having a terrible time trying figure this out.  A week or so
ago, I could connect to the mho*** news server.  However, since then,
things have gone haywire somewhere.

Everytime I try to reset the list I get the following error:
"502 You have no permission to talk, (reverse dns disabled, see nodns in
dnews.conf), my ip addy, Goodbye."

Does anyone know what I need to do to resolve this?  From what I can tell,
it has something to do about the dns protocols and not communicating.

Thanks,
Jeff

its a problem with your ISP. call them and tell them to fix it.

try a different internet access number to for your ISP if you use dialup

Try this: ( found it on Google)
Is this your ISP's news server?  If so, and you are dialing into your isp
and connecting directly to their news server, then in OE, click on
Tools/Accounts/News tab and go to the properties of the news account.  Click
on the Server tab and remove the check mark from "This server requires me to
log on"  Then try to access the server again.
