Has anyone played NHRA Drag racing 2 or the new version NHRA main
event? These titles are from moto1 and valuesoft...there only $19 but
have heard that they are kinda fun and enjoyable. Of im not expecting
near papy quality...but has anyone played them?

They are probably the two worst drag racing games ever produced. If
you want a good drag racing game, find a copy of Burnout: Player's
Choice Edition from Bethesda (www.bethsoft.com)

Well everyone has an opinion, The graphics and the driving model in the
burnout games are the worst of any driving sim I have ever played. Cars
bouncing up and down on coil over shocks that seem to be 4 feet long does
not seem very real to me.
NHRA2 is a vast improvement over the first NHRA, and Main Event has not
been released yet. If your computer has the horsepower then you will find
the graphics in NHRA2 to be awesome. While the single player may seem to get
boring after awhile you will need to do a lot of it to get some tune-ups
saved, Because the online racing is great and the racers are very tough
indeed. Of course this is MY opinion, lol. BTW Main Event will include Pro
Stock cars and trucks. So you will need to be tough on that 1-2 shift. The
BEST twenty bucks I EVER spent on a PC sim.
