In the readme I noticed

NO LENS FLARES WERE USED IN THE MAKING OF THIS GAME.

Had to laff :) Honestly does anybody not hate lens flare?

Yeah, I liked that line too.  I'm pretty tired of lens flare and its overuse
in sims/games.  I turn it off in MGPRS2, and thus lose the cute, but wasteful,
jumbo TV graphics.

I don't mind lens flares... as long as you don't see it while driving!
It's realistic to have it in the replay, but I won't miss it if it isn't
there.

I dont necisarily hate lens flares, but the problem with them is that
they are unrealistic.  A lens flare is an artifact caused my camera
lenses.  You dont get lens flares with the *** eye (you do get glare
though, but this is different), and since you are trying to simulate
driving a race car from the drivers POV, lens flares are inappropriate.

Oh boy!  It's the same thread I started before.  Get ready for people to
tell you that windshields and motorcycle helmet visors cause the same lens
flare and camera lenses
