F12001 is $45 Cdn at EB. I thought that was amazingly cheap (most new games
are $60 to $70 Cdn) until I saw it at the usually-a-ripoff Compucentre for
$40!!!!!

Is F12001 "reduced" price in the US and Europe? If so, why?

After the F12000 and F1200CS fiasco, it is a nice bonus....but?!?! At EB, I
thought they mistook it for last years game, as the rest of the EA sports
titles are releasing 2002 around now, but they assured me it was correct
head office pricing.

Yep, that's the going price - it's $29.99US, rather than $40-$50.
