Is EA bringing it over to North America anytime soon ?

So far all I've seen is Sweeden and now Europe. At least with a Euro
release, internet buyers will be able to order from mail order houses
without emailing credit card info.

God knows. Remember, touring cars aren't too hot over in the US
(We have NASCAR, which is somewhat boring with only ovals)

Any one noticed there's Dirt Track Racing: Australia? It's ONLY
available in Australia/New Zealand.

Check www.softwarefirst.com. It's a UK site that
ships worldwide. Have used them often and they
are tops. They list STCC as an upcoming title.
Or you can go to www.webhallen.com in Sweden (if
you use Netscape or Opera) and, with a little
translating, order it directly (and securely)
through them.
