On a quick runthrough of both, they seem great.  GPL is everything expected,
and more.  Really glad I got the P-400 over the summer, it uses it for a
full-field race.  Madden seems pretty good on a quick run-through, played a
coach-only *** (need to get new drivers for the Gamepad Pro for Win 98,
haven't needed it until now).

The rest of the evening is positively shot, and I know what I'm doing this
weekend too :-)

Now then, do I wait until I start working at a CompUSA after the
Computer City I'm at finishes its liquidation in a week, to get it
at a discounted price, or do I just go out and get it now for full
price ... but my T2's pedal spring is broken ... got the replacements
but don't have the tools to put them in ... been looking at getting
an Ultimate Per4Mer force-feedback wheel unit from our liquidation
sale anyway ... I suppose with force feedback, the loss of grip would
be even more quickly noted and adjusted for, making GPL more fun and
driveable ... hmm ... decisions, decisions ...

What special tools do you need?  Won't a screwdriver and maybe a plier
or two work?

Unfortunately ForceFeedback won't do a damn thing for your GPL
experience as it is not implemented in the program.

GPL doesn't support force feedback. Don't buy the wheel for GPL, or
you will be disappointed.
