Would like to form a small league (no OSCAR aspirations here), consisting of 20
drivers only. Minimum avg. skill 4.00 and minimum lpi 25.00. 40-50% races to be
held on Friday or Saturday evenings. Anyone with a small amount of web space to
post results and assist in administration of league activities would be
