You sent me a card 2 weeks ago and told me that I could have a week to try
it out to make sure I wanted to buy it before I sent you the money for it.
I told you I was in the middle of a move and would not be able to look at it
for a few days. You said ok. Then about 2 days later I had to go out of
town for a family emergency.
I wrote you a email and told you that I was going out of town for a family
emergency, that I apologized for not being able to buy the card (since we
just had to spend $800 on airline tickets) and that I would reimburse you
for the shipping costs that you spent sending me the card in the first
place.
I also told you that since we were leaving on such short notice that I would
try and have a friend ship the card back to you. Unfortunately, I do not
think he did. You asked about it on I think Friday and I told you would I
would try to get ahold of him to see if he sent it. You then email me today
threatening me. I specifically told you that I could not get ahold of
him, that I would be back in town tomorrow.. and that I would mail the card
back to you on Wednesday if he did not ship it like he said he would for me.
Even if everything had gone according to the time schedule and I decided
that I did not want the card, you probably would have only gotten it back 2
days ago. Not to use that as an excuse, because I feel bad that all of this
happened. But it is in NO way reason for you to email me and threaten me.
I have bought and traded alot of things on this newsgroup. Video Cards,
Wheels, Sound Cards, Games.. and there has NEVER been a problem.
I can understand where you are coming from (minus the threats), however I am
sorry that you also can not see where I am coming from. There is not alot I
can do when your card is on my kitchen table (still unopened as I told you
it would be returned) when I am 2000 miles away with my wife who just lost
her Grandfather.
