You should be able to buy it on Ebay for rather cheap, or directly from
Sierra. I bought mine from Sierra last year.

He should be able to find it in any stores bargain bin for dirt cheap.
Just look on one of those spinning racks at Radio Shack, they always
have a copy or two.
