When you want a screen shot press the Print Screen button on the keyboard.After that there should be a new file in the nascar directory probably nascar01.pcx. view the file then print if you want.

Just hit the "Print Screen" button, and Nascar will automatically take a snapshot. It will be saved in the Nascar directory as "nascar01.pcx", "nascar02.pcx", etc.
