anything out of the norm, turn it back 2 mhz

My V3 card is a 2000 which runs by default at 143Mhz, mine is running
happily at 175Mhz.
Personally, I have one fan on the cpu, one fan on the psu, and two fans
on the V3 card, and I have the PC case off, just to make sure they don't
overheat. but, I overclock everything!!!

PC fans cost about 5.00 each in the UK, so they are dirt cheap, why
risk your system for the sake of 5.00?
You may be able to overclock the card without a fan, but why risk it?

He was making a joke about your units. Small "m" is normally "milli" while
large "M" is normally "mega". 5 millihertz would be a very small increase
indeed. :-)
