Hi All,

Does anyone know a source for the same type of springs used for the gas
& brake pedals for Thrustmaster's T-1 Wheel? I've had this wheel for
about 4 years and this will be my second time needing new springs and
Thrustmasters website shows they no longer support this model? Any help
will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jay

Go to your local hardware store and buy some springs that look like..

(____(((((((((((_____)

attach one end to the peddle and the other end to the base.  You will
have to do some drilling and have to get some screws to attach them to.
This is what I did with my old T2 and have never broke a spring since
;-)

As a side note:  you can grab springs of varying strengths.

Great idea!

You know I've been constructing my own springs that mimic the originals, but I
think it's time to get the drill out :-D
Can you fit the spring inside the base and still have enough room for pedal
travel?

Jason.
