F1RC - any way to stop the "music"

Is there any way to stop the horrible background noice, "music",
in the F1RC? This option doesn't seem to exist in the sounds
settings!

Otherwise I am still confused with F1RC, ..., the first feeling
is that it is more "arcade" than GP3 and F1CS2000. I have not
played much with the options yet. And my 1GHz & GF2 does not seem
to be very fast compared to the demands of the F1RC...  ??
