For Nascar, N99 has a Win95 executable - but at the cost of multiplayer.
I never got N2 to work properly on a setup similar to your own, don't race
online, and made the upgrade - It also includes the trucks, and through the
PITS website you can get the patches to run it as a touring car sim - which
made it worth the upgrade for me. N99 will support your Voodoo 2, but would
have to run in software mode on the TNT.
For indycar - ICR1 or ICR2? If ICR2 - check Sierra's website for the
patch to convert the DOS game to the Win95 version. It has no 3d
acceleration through windows (and only Rendition is available in DOS), but
since it was written in the day of the 486, will scream along very nicely on
a modern system.
