How's the tally patch coming??did you figure out the AI??
.... still in the works .... I have two versions of a new AI and am
working on tweaking the one I like the best. It takes a little time to get
this right - since what seems like a good AI is often poor under actual
race conditions. It needs to allow for sufficient lanes for the AI cars to
pass and be passed and still have the AI cars running reasonable lines -
since I imagine that you will want to draft with them. I had a three wide
all around the track version that produced a really tight field much like a
real restrictor plate race - however, this version puts the cars in
unrealistic lines and makes them really tough to draft with and to pass
(since the race line was near the center of the track). So I am now
working on a compromise version that puts the race line closer to where it
should be and still allows enough side-by-side to keep the AI cars running
in a train for some number of laps.

ps. there is a Dover AI now on the pits. The AI cars a bit faster and I
recomment downing the rels to around 101 or 102 in order to stay with them.
They get away from me at rels=103, but maybe my 150 mph laps are off the
pace.
