Must have done - apparently the Germans hit the post, the bar twice,
had a penalty appeal turned down and the Finnish goalie made two great
saves. Only an alien could do that! :-)

Because Finland stopped Germany winning, England have qualified for the

I thought I was the only one :)

But seriously, within the last 3 years I've gone from having zero respect
for Beckham to considering him the best thing to happen to English football
for years. Today only enforced that view.
