CART Heat - Road America Set-ups?

Once again, I have been running a few laps in this excellent NASCAR Heat
mod.  However, I don't have a clue about set-ups.  Can anyone provide me
with a link for set-ups and in particular a set-up for the great Road
America?

Also any advice on how to configure the controller set-up page would be very
welcome.   I am running a LWFF (old red).
