Oh, the "used to be a nice guy who has completely lost his mind or
something" guy I have plonked?
I'll tell ya, the whole Mitch thing is a mystery to me.

BTW, while there's not much activity here these days, most questions get
answered, and even if it's only some link to RSC or so. ;-) Still a top
notch simracing group here, maybe not by volume, but who cares, it's
easier to follow that way ;-)

I think this is due to a saturation of simulation type games,
and a bit of burn out for the people that have been playing
racing games since before 2000. The impression I got is that
the players are always waiting for the next best thing, and
with GTLegends, GTR2, and all the mods now available for
rFactor, I'm not sure how well the next racing simulation game
is going to sell.
WHAT -- There's something other than rFactor? (and the 20 mods I have
installed)??
I wouldn't know.... there's not enuff time as it is to do all I want in rF.
?????????????????
:)
And while there may be saturation (?), there is no clear stand-out quality
wise. IMHO the one SIM that stands out isn't available any longer (NR2003).
At least not through normal channels.
I think there are some really exciting times ahead, however.

Which is why a large number of players are waiting for "the
next best thing" to be released.
Hell we're waiting for ANY GOOD THING to be released..................
