                         Racing for America, Inc.
                     Reform, Refocus and Returns

Cleveland, Ohio - Racing for America, Inc., a motorsports group
dedicated to the advancement of American auto racing interests since
1984 has Reformed, Refocused and Returns to continue its tradition of
helping racing talent, which has included some of the USA1s fastest
drivers: Nadeau, Gidley, Swan, Brown, Perkinson, Renna, Cheever,
Dallenbach, and others.

REFORM: Racing for America (RfA) has undertaken a major re-engineering
initiative, starting with its registration as a 501(c)3 non-profit
organization. A new management team is being assembled, starting with
the naming of Gary Patzke as Director of Operations. Gary brings a
wealth of management experience to RfA from his diverse background in
information technology, automation, golf tournament promotion and
sports management.

REFOCUS: RfA1s previous dedication to extending a helping hand to
assist American drivers in competition around the world, will be
refocused on two specific core constituencies: Racing Fans and Racing
Talent.

FOR RACING FANS: Whatever forms of racing they enjoy, whether it1s
CART, IRL, Formula One, Motorcyle Racing (on road/off road), Drag
Racing, Sprint Cars, Stock Cars, Sports Cars or Rallying, RfA provides
the chance for all American Race Fans to get actively involved in their
favorite sport. They will have their voices heard in support of not
only their favorite drivers and series, but more importantly in their
local drivers, tracks and series.

FOR RACING TALENT: RfA will continue and expand its highly successful
Driver programs offering services and assistance to Drivers and Team
members to help them achieve the highest level of success possible on
the track and off. Drivers are not the only talent in racing! RfA will
seek to assist and promote talent wherever we find it in the racing
industry, including mechanics, track management, sponsors,
manufacturing, promotion, media, marketing, graphic arts through
programs such as internships, scholarships and placement services.

with the launch of its new home on the internet:

   The first 5 individuals who join from each state will receive a Life
Time membership for their first year membership dues.

   In honor of those who have helped build this great sport, a free
inaugural year membership  is offered to all racing professionals with
25 or more years of participation in American Racing.
