Is it Tarso Marques? IF he is, he's supposed to be Argentine instead of
Brazilian. And he didn't compete in 1997.

I think he is, in fact, Brazilian.

Err...yes, he did.  Drove a Minardi towards the end of the season, and held
up Schumacher as he entered the pits at Jerez.  I remember that because I
hated John Watson's yelling at the slightest of driving errors or
curb-riding.
