IVL Registration now open

The director of the new IVL Racing Series has just announced that
registrations are now being accepted for its inaugural season to begin on
or about February 25, 1996.  Online registration is possible through the
IVL web page at http://www.racesimcentral.net/~ivl.  Please read the rules
thoroughly and spread the news about this new series.
