What are the computer specs required to run this?   Will a machine that could handle 2002 be ok?

If you can run NR2002 then you should be ok for NR2003.  The performance of
NR2003 might even be a little better depending on what hardware you have.
IIRC the recommended system on the box was an 800mhz CPU, 256 meg of ram and
a 32 meg DX video card.  I wouldn't run it on that, but then I wouldn't have
ran NR2002 on it either. Of course if I go a year without upgrading the CPU
or the video card something is wrong. lol

Everything else being equal, I'm running about 30fps slower in NR2003 than I
do in NR2002.

But I still have enough.
