Snetterton - a new winner in the easy place to die contest

There just was a thread asking on which track you die most often.
Snetterton might be my new winner. I think I've already killed myself a
dozen times by hitting that bridge at the esses.  Nothing like having
concrete bridge abutments right next to the track on a difficult, high
speed turn.  If you go a little wide, you plow right into the right
abutment. If you turn a little early, you catch the grass and can't
recover in time, causing a *** collision with the left abutment.
Yikes.

Great track guys.  Amazing work.

At least you can SEE the bastards!  I'm running Many trackside objects
not all and d/l'd the smallest graphic set.  (have a bit of an FPS
problem) and the ***y bridge and abutments are invisible.  It was
pretty startling to be thinking, "Aw nuts, spun again." and suddenly
the world explodes and you find yourself on a parabolic trajectory.

I wish, if they weren't going to show it, they'd either disable it or
put some sort of markers around where it is.

OTOH, it was fun sitting atop the invisible bridge later as the other
on-line racers passed beneath my levitating Ferrari.  I wonder how
many saw me on the bridge and how many simply saw me floating in
mid-air above the track... <g>

Reminds me of the time this guy i knew drove us through a self serve car wash
at 55 mph.
it was not very cool.

They won't care about levitating cars - they've been used to that at
Silverstone for ages...
