Some of you need to learn how to drive

There are many of you out there, that can drive on Multiplayer without
running into people and can race a clean race. And then, there are the
otheres...... Some of you need to learn how to drive! I've seen crashes
happening in almost every spot on the race track. I know, some of those
crashes were simple racing accidents. But when you crash into each other on
the straights, when you try to go 3 wide through the dogleg at Talladega,
when you shove each other out of the way on a start without pace lap, when
you hit each other on the pace lap, or when you hit each other on purpose,
those are not simple race accidents. Its stupidity. I've seen some people
that are a lap down and badly damaged try to block others that are on the
lead lap when they are going by. Get out of their way!! I go slightly up the
banking and out of people's way when I am getting passed, even when I am on
the lead lap. I've heard about people that qualify 4ht or 5th run into the
car in front of them on the pace lap, not slightly, but HARD. Then they say,
"Sorry. Rookie mistake." You aren't a rookie if you qualify up front and even
if you are, you should know better. Then there are some of you that think
that this is a demolition derby. I know that there is a league on the Papyrus
Network that encourages and gives points for running into each other, but you
DON'T do that in a race where the objective is to run a clean race and try to
win!! I also know that some of you have seen the movie "Days of Thunder" Real
racing doesn't work that way. You can't hit someone just because you want to
win or because you think that is the right thing to do. You also can't run
into the wall full speed and keep on going. Its impossible!! I am not making
any of this up. A few accidents here and there are OK. Its racing. But if I
have to DNF almost 3 out of 4 races because some of you idiots run into me or
cause a crash, thats getting ridiculous. I also know of some other people
that have the problem of getting run into all the time, and who wish that
there were a lot less idiots on the network. If you are a rookie and can't
really drive that good, please practice in single race mode offline. If you
want to hit other cars, get into that league I was talking about earlier. If
you see someone passing you, get out of their way and don't try to block
them. If you are just too stupid or too agressive, stay off the network. Let
other people that know how to drive have a good time.

Sounds like your getting in a lot of pickup races with drivers you don't know. There
are going to be drivers who are not very good but wanna play MP. ( I'm not talking
about the guys who wreck people for the hell of it).
My brother does not race much, but would like sometimes to log in and try his hand at
it. Are you saying because he is not as good as you that he can't play multi? This
service is for all races of all skill levels.
Form a league and start running with guys you know. I run in the Midwest league, and
we may not be as fast as Nimc and Billpogue (or any of those pro boys) We strive to be
as clean as we can.

P.S. Come to think of it, Chris and Mike C. Might be ready to move up and give those
pro boy's a spanking.....:-]

I don't have any problem with inexperienced running on Multi. Everyone is
welcome to play on MP. I am just getting tired of people running into me so
much (not all of them are in experienced, I had a few 5's and 6's run into
me, too). All I was saying is, that if you are not that experienced, practice
in single race mode against the AI cars a bit. I am still practicing in
single race mode, and limiting my races on MP to the easier tracks. Believe
me, I can't drive too good either, but I don't run into people on the pace
lap or on the straights of Talladega.
