Hey Sean,
Actually they gained at least one, thanks to you!?!?!?!   Why you ask?
On Wednesday I talked to Trevor and heard that you had cancelled your wheel
and were awfully rude to him! Imagine that. So I guess it goes both ways.
Anyway, my point is that I will be recieving "your Wheel" weeks earlier.
He crossed your name out and added mine, Yippie!!!!!!
I'm not trying to Flame you, I'm just a LITTLE e***d.
I'll have it in a week, and it was almost in your hands.

Now this is class rarely seen here in R.A.S.  Trev, my hat's off to you
buddy, for showing some people that some (well, ok, MOST) of us can admit when
we made mistakes, and apologize fir it to boot.
Congratulations.  You get my "Class Act of the Race" award.

I can't believe you would resort to calling someone names like that.  If
they don't like your product, then they don't like your product.  I bet you
just turned off many potential customers with that potty mouth of yours.
Not that you  could handle any more customers anyway.

Sean -- I'm afraid that the concepts of "customer service" and
"professional courtesy" have gone the way of the dinosaur in modern
commerce. And not just among cottage industry entrepreneurs, of whom one
has come to expect nothing better; even corporate entities who should
know how to conduct business in a customer-friendly manner have become
as churlish as medieval princes. Must be all those hours playing RPGs...

Welcome to the "slag and frag" world of modern business, especially as
practiced here in the anonymous safety of the Web.

And that's the point I want to say to everyone of the SimRacers on
r.a.s, that I've made mistakes but the top15 SimRacers all think that I
have great potential and I now make great efforts to get better.  People
who apologize for their mistakes and errors are people who don't have
fear to accept their self-being, that they are not perfect and they are
"humans" like anybody else.

With great respect,

Well, well, well.  Haven't learned much in the last month eh?
One happy customer will tell one person about their experience, but an
angry customer will tell HUNDREDS.  This is the original post of mine
which, according to you, makes me an 'idiot'.

---      " Well, they have the base model CDS2, which is $549, and for
---       performance per penny, way above the TSW.  I guess you would
---       like  Ferrari to start making a Geo?

It's funny how after your bashing of the CDS, no one from ECCI posted
comments trying to validate their product.  You know why?  Because
they don't HAVE TO!  And it is not just better looking.  But hey, that
is my OPINION.  And from now on, when someone asks which is a better
wheel, I will make sure to always place IMHO before anything I write,
so as not to offend you further.

Well I dont know if you'll remember back to when this first started but
YOU were the one who bashed the TSW in your reply to some guy who was
thinking of buying a unit.

You also may remember that it was I who replied to you via email so as
to not cause you public embarassment, you might even remember your
snotty replies to my asking you not to compare the TSW and the CDS.

I only made a remark that I thought the CDS was overpriced and that the
warranty isnt as good, I have nothing against ECCI other than that and I
have steered people to them when we have too long a wait.

As for your remark about "pissing off a customer" to justify your lame
attack on us and the TSW, since when were you ever a customer of ours?

Mr. Menard,
This was somewhat amusing for awhile but now it is getting annoying.
Please stop!!! I would like to be able to read a post about what the
subject says without having to wade through you saying the same thing
over and over again especially when it's as lemoned up as the above
statement. Please "make a great effort" to read the the ras FAQ. I wont
mention who wrote it as you will undoubtedly think that I'm proclaiming
he has usurped your leadership.  Gawd!!!! I wanna keep going with the
sarcasism here so bad I cant stand it!! But I wont. Aint restraint a
