I look at it this way, the purpose of fastlaps was not just to beat the
best times, it was to built cars that would hold the lines over and over
in a race. When push comes to shove I'll be glad I spent the time doing it
because(as everyone knows) the real good drivers start in the back <G>.
Everyone thinks we can qual but can our cars hold up, I run 188 michigan
quals and 30 laps later was still running 186.5's and if Dave has anything
to say about it by the time the NRO is going it will be 187's after 60
laps. It does pay to learn how to qual real fast just for the sake of
missing the swinging idiots that are sure to come, kinda like a dega with
36 people in it, 8 finish. Not to mention it's a challenge and a half
trying to beat Pat Dotson and Jure what's his name, my compliments guys
you put up some great times.
