I have followed instructions for converting my patched ICR2 to the
win95 version. Did a fresh install from the CD-ROM, complete for hard
drive use of course, created a Sierra directory on the root directory,
move ICR2 into it, made a dos2win directory and expanded icr2win in it,
then ran install, then setup, seemed to do everything it was supposed to
but complained at end that it didn't have the trk2upr.bat. Then I ran it
and I got the opening screen but it just goes away after a few seconds
and no errors/complaints are left behind. My computer seems unaffected
completely by running it. Oh, and I confirmed the patched version works
in DOS okay.
Does anyone have suggestions for me? Yes, it already ran in DOS under
win95 but I would like to have as many programs completely enabled for
win95 as possible.
Thanks for any help --David
