I'm getting ready to upgrade my computer.  I know there are a lot of smart
people out there.  Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
QUESTION 1:   I have been looking at Creative Lab sound cards.  The 16 bit
version is about $75.  The Awe 64 is only about $20 more.  Which one should
I get and which one is most compatible with N2?
QUESTION 2:  I'm going to upgrade my CPU to MMX.  The 166 is about $150 and
the 200 is about $200.  Keep in mind I am an overclocker.  So the CPU I
install will be overclocked.  Which CPU will give me the best performance
and keep me current for the longest period of time?

Forget Creative and get a better card. I have an Ensoniq Soundscape.
No problems in *ANY* games and works great with N2.

Get the fastest one you can afford. I have a 200MMX so I would not
reccomend a 166MMX.
