From server.txt:
!black - Used to issue a black flag penalty to a user during race sessions.
The format of the command is "!black player", where player can either be the
"#" symbol along with the player's car number, or the player's name.

!clear - Used to clear a player's penalties.  The format of the command is
"!clear player", where player can either be the "#" symbol along with the
player's car number, or the player's name.  This command is and only valid when
the player has a black flag penalty pending, or is currently serving a black
flag penalty.

Actually, I just re-read your question.  You said DQ, not black flag - duh...
I don't think you CAN clear a DQ.  You'd probably be better off telling all the
drivers to serve any flag they get, and if it's bogus the admin can give their
lap back.  If you catch it in time, the flag can be cleared before it results
in a lost lap *or* DQ.

I think Eldred is correct, I don't believe you can clear a DQ, you have to
correct the mistake b4 a DQ occurs.

Clearing a DQ N2003

Yep, Ok that's the conclusion I was coming to as well. I had a guy hop in
his car
to practice during a league event and he let the car roll backwards a little
bit. He got
DQ'd for reckless driving :) lol
Maybe Papy could add this to there list of "wouldn't that be cool if" things
if they
ever do another patch.
Thx, DB

IME it takes more than a little roll backwards to get a DQ, but thats only
been my experience like I said.
