New Wheel- Best in Price Range?

Hi All,
I believe I'm getting ready to invest in a new wheel soon and I was
wondering what the best wheels in the $100-300 price range.
I would prefer FF but not an absolute necessity. I would like pedals
included also but I would buy them extra for the right wheel for the price.
I know there are some guys who build and sell their own. Who are the quality
builders and what are their prices?

Thomas Enterprises "Thomas Superwheel" for your price range.  ECCI if money
isnt an object and you cant go wrong with a Momo racing on the cheap.
