I have downloaded the No CD patch for Colin McRae 2 (v 1.09). I have
extracted the .exe and replaced the original CM2 .exe. However, although the
game loads just fine without the CD, I am asked for the CD after the setup
screen, and just before the program allows me to drive.

As I have never used a No CD patch before, what am I doing wrong?
