Too humble to sing his own praises, it falls to the president of the Eldred
Fan Club to report that our hero won the MoG H1 GP at Snetterton last night

Hmm...Deja vu...
I didn't do a thing, only 2 cars finished the 90-lap race - me and Kevin
Gavitt.  Kevin was the only car I passed all race.
But thanks! :-)

Sure you did, you finished.  Apparently that was beyond the abilities
of the other competitors.

Congrats!

Eldred, if I could finish a 90 lap race, I'd be shouting from the rooftops!
I was happy to finish just a 24 lapper at Silverstone this weekend without
once understeering off into the weeds ;-)

I do it all the time.  Therefore, I accept finishing a full-length race as
*normal*...<g>  I haven't crashed out of a MoG race on my own since last year.
Of my 3 DNF's, one was me being run over by a lapper who misjudged my speed,
one was getting caught in an accident that happened right in front of me, and
one was a disco.  I couldn't do anything about those...

Hey Eldred, 'finishing' basically was how Jack & Denny H. cleaned up the
WC back then, you know - even with Clark & Hill around!   :)
